Description
A photocopy of the 1919 Public Domain piano vocal score for Herbert’s three act musical comedy, The Velvet Lady, launched February 3, 1919. The production was produced by Klaw and Erlanger with stage direction by Julian Mitchell assisted by Edgar MacGregor. Henry Blossom contributed libretto support as the two men adapted a three-act farce, The Full House, by Fred Jackson. Neither the book nor the music was very well reviewed.
