Computerized Public Domain orchestral Champagne Gallop - "Royal Sec" was written by Victor Herbert sometime before 1885.  This predates his arrival in American in 1886 and is a very rare piece never published.  Think of a wonderful early version of Hello Dolly's famous Gallop.  This is complete with toasts and clinked glasses.  This version was computerized by the North Carolina Symphony from the original hand copied parts found in the Library of Congress.  It was first performed in this century using photocopies of the original parts by The Little Orchestra Society (NYC) as an Ent're Act for a concert version of Mlle Modiste.  Winds are  2-1-2-1, Brasses are 2-2-1-0, 2 Perc
